About Us

CDM Pro are "Specialist CDM Advisors". We provide standalone Principal Designer services, and a consultancy services to aid both Clients and Principal Designers in fulfilling their duties under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.

All of our CDM Advisors are individual members of the Association for Project Safety (APS), and Technical Members of IOSH, they possess Design and construction backgrounds and have the Skills, Knowledge and Experience (SKE) to act as Principal Designer, or provide support to Principal Designers and Clients as CDM Advisers.
Unlike many companies who offer CDM Consultancy services, CDM Pro are the "CDM specialist" focusing on providing constructive and pragmatic advice.  We see our role as one of catalyst, ensuring that risks which can be affected by design are identified, effectively assessed and where practicable controlled.  Our skill lies in meeting the necessary statutory requirements effectively, yet minimising bureaucracy and unnecessary paperwork.  We adopt an integrated team structure which gives us the ability to group our resources and experience around large scale and more complex projects.
In an industry beset by technical language and terminology, we ensure that our communication is clear and comprehensible.  Due to our commitment to continuous professional development, and having had extensive experience working on various construction projects, we are not only able to understand the intricacies of each project that we take on, but explain in plain English how the CDM Regulations will affect it.
